For Tooling (A)
1. Position Tooling (A) as shown in Illustration. Lift the front of the machine with Tooling (A)
until the front tires are off the ground.

For Tooling (A1)
2. Position Tooling (A1) as shown in Illustration to raise the front of the machine until the front
tires are off the ground. Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303 , "Lift Group (Stand -
25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (A1). Use Tooling (B) to support both sides of the
front axle.

3. Attach a suitable lifting device onto front wheel (1). Remove bolts (2). Remove front wheel
(1) from the spindle hub. The weight of front wheel (1) is approximately 318 kg (700 lb).
Repeat this step for the remaining front wheel.

Note: For machines that are all wheel drive, be sure that Holes (C) are in line with stem
valve (3) and drain plug (4).
1. Use a suitable lifting device to install front wheel (1) onto the spindle hub. The weight of
front wheel (1) is approximately 318 kg (700 lb). Install bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque
of 900 ± 100 N·m (664 ± 74 lb ft). Repeat this step for the remaining front wheel.

For Tooling (A)
2. Raise the machine with Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (B). Lower the machine to the ground
and remove Tooling (A).

3. Use Tooling (A1) to raise the machine. Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303 , "Lift
Group (Stand - 25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (A1). Remove Tooling (B). Lower
the machine to the ground and remove Tooling (A1).
