ww Wrong word

wph Wrong phrase

 Word missing

w/o Wrong word order

Cc Capital or lowercase mistake

Punctuation missing or wrong mark

sp Spelling

p/s Plural or singular

vc Verb conjugation

pr Preposition

gt Grammatical tense

ss Sentence structure

/ Separate the word
