Step 1 Review the sample Job Application for "Perfection Payroll Processing." Perfection Payroll Processing is
a company that provides payroll processing services for other small to mid-sized businesses.
The job application is a separate PDF file attached to the assignment in Blackboard.
Step 2 As you are reviewing the job application, refer to your text and to your lecture notes on the various
laws that govern what potential employers can and cannot ask.
Step 3 Using the second tab on this worksheet, but an X in either the Yes or No column to indicate
whether or not a potential employer can ask for this kind of information on a job application.
Step 4 If you marked NO, you MUST file in column D naming the Law that the employer
is violating by asking for this information. You should also use this column to clarify any
of your responses that you feel need to be clarified. For example, you may have marked
something as YES but it's only ok in certain situations. In this case, you should use
column D to explain your response.
Step 5 Save this Excel document and upload it to the assignment link in Blackboard.
