CONTRACT OF SERVICE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Contract of Service is entered into by and between the Provincial Government of
Maguindanao herein represented by Hon. BAI MARIAM S. MANGUDADATU, Provincial Governor,
referred to as the FIRST PARTY
AND
JACKIELYN ABPI referred to as the SECONDARY PARTY.
WITNESSETH
That there are no available plantilla employees to perform the job or works indicated
hereunder;
That the First Party herein requires the service of the Second Party;
That the Second Party binds, agreed and oblige itself to render full time services for the First
Party for eight (8) hours pursuant to Rule XVII, Section 1 of E.O. No. 292 for period from
JULY 1, 2024 TO DECEMBER 31, 2024;
That in consideration of the services rendered by the Second Party, the latter shall receive a
monthly rate of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 50,000.00/ MONTH),
to be paid by the First Party subject to availability of funds for the services rendered as CONSULTANT
That the Second Party shall not be entitled to receive Personal Emergency Relief Allowance
(PERA) and other additional compensation due to consistent with the usual budgeting and auditing rules
and regulations;
That this contract of service shall cease to be effective in the event of dissolution of the special
assignment program or upon the unsatisfactory performance of work of the Second Party of violation of
any provision of Executive Order No. 292 (Administrative Code of 1987) as amended or when the First
Party determines that there is no more need for service contracted;
That the First Party reserves the right to terminate the contract without prejudice to one month
prior notice to the Second Party;
IN WITNESS HEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ________ day of
__________________ at Provincial Capitol, Province of Maguindanao, Philippines.
