1. Create a Pivot Table displaying region-wise total revenue for different salespersons.
a. Can we also include product-wise details?
b. Instead of total revenue, can we display average revenue?
2. Can we display salesperson-wise total revenue as a percentage of region-wise total
revenue?
3. How can we display region-wise and salesperson-wise net sales for a sub-set of
products? Is there any other way to display the required details?
4. Create an appropriate visualization of the data represented in the Pivot Table created
above.
a. Can we display the data only for a subset of products?
5. Display product-wise total number of customers served, and total revenue earned
details.
a. How can we introduce a new field showing the average revenue per customer
for different product types?
6. Display the region-wise total customers served and revenues earned details.
a. Proposal has come to form a new region ‘North-West’ by combining the North
and West regions. How can we display the details for the new region along
with the details already being shown in the Pivot Table?
Please refer to the ‘Order Status Data’ tab and answer the following questions:
The data table contains an Order Status field, and the orders currently have the following
types of status: Shipped, Pending, Backordered, Canceled.
7. Create a Pivot Table to display the region-wise number of units having different order
status.
a. Along with the existing details in the Pivot Table, show the Cancel Rate which
is to be calculated as Cancelled/ (Backordered + Cancelled + Pending +
Shipped)’ units.
b. Along with the existing details in the Pivot Table, display the details for the
combined region ‘North-East’ where it would cover the regions ‘North’ and
‘East’.
