APPLICATION FOR EXTRA UNIT

I, Tuodolo peremoebere favour with martriculation number UG/20/0110 humbly apply for six (6) extra
units to be added to my total units for 300L second semester 2022/2023 academic session. which will
increase my total maximum to thirty (30) units.

This is to enable me register GST 100(3units) and MTH 104(3units) for second semester 2022/2023
academic session.
