Suggestions for parents on helping students:
● Sit with your child for at least 30 to 45 minutes every night and read them a bedtime
story. This is very beneficial because this will help your student increase their
vocabulary and also their spelling.
● Get involved in your student school such as asking what they do at school, if they have
homework, help with their homework, if they have any school activities or even
volunteer at their school
● Going to parent teacher conferences shows that the parent is involved in the students
academic life. This is a super good way to get to know your child’s teacher in school.
Also their expectations.
● It is important to send your child to school in a manner that is ready to work, a healthy
breakfast that is able to fuel up your students and get them ready for the day. Students
who are able to eat breakfast have more energy throughout the day and they are able to
perform better within school
● Ask questions, if you are concerned about your child or students learning or behavior it
is important to ask the teacher for advice. The educator is the one who knows your
student best when they’re in the school environment and around there other peers.
