for students and our future careers. As a student, it is helpful for class
presentations and reporting, as MS PowerPoint is commonly used for creating
visual aids to accompany our oral presentations. In MS PowerPoint, we can use
slides to organize and present data and information clearly and engagingly using
bullet points, images, and charts. We can also use it for group presentations for a
great collaborative engagement where we can combine the ideas of each
groupmate, summarize key points from lectures where it can serve as review
material before an exam, and even create study aids or projects by making
storyboards, timelines, or visual essays. Knowing the usage of Microsoft
PowerPoint as an accounting student lays the groundwork or a foundation for our
future careers. In our field of work, PowerPoint is essential for business meetings,
client pitches, and internal presentations. It helps convey key business insights,
strategies, and proposals. Moreover, it is useful to create training modules,
