RESULT AND DISCUSSION
This chapter discusses the analysis of every result found in the table based on the
objectives of the study. The descriptive interpretation of sensory characteristics and level of
acceptability by panel evaluators and the actual respondents same with significant differences in
sensory characteristics and acceptability of Kalabasa (Piaya, Maja Blanca & Bibingka).
To evaluate and interpret the results of the succeeding tables the researchers is guided
with the 9-point Likert Scale or Hedonic Scale with the corresponding interpretation.
