This to inform you that the above mentioned aircraft is found to be unsafe for operation due to the
following conditions :

As the result of this unsafe condition and due to the fact that the operator intends to operate the above-
mentioned aircraft in revenue service after verbal notification of the non-airworthy condition, the
ECASA exercises the temporary grounding authority. Under the provisions of the Egyptian Civil
Aviation Law [28] as amended. The above aircraft is grounded and cannot be used in air
transportation unless found by the ECASA to be in a condition for safe operation. The temporary
grounding started at the time of the verbal notification being given.
