INSTRUCTIONS
1. All entries in this Form shall be printed or written in legible handwriting.
2. Please provide correct information as required in the Form. State Bank reserves the right to
terminate the recruitment process / employment with SBP on discovery of any false information
provided by the applicant.
3. Candidates are required to attach with the form attested true copies of the following documents:
a. Citizenship / Domicile Certificate on Form P-l (Appendix-xiv).
b. Matric Certificate from Board showing date of birth.
c. Other Educational Certificates i.e. Intermediate/Graduation/Post-Graduation etc. along
with Marks-Sheets from the concerned Board/University.
d. Experience Certificate(s), if any.
e. National Identity Card.
f. Three recent passport photographs.
4. Candidates employed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Institutions and Banks
should apply through their employer along with N.O.C. from the concerned institution before
taking the written test in case of being short listed.
5. Applications that are not received on or before the date prescribed in the advertisement will not
be entertained.
6. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected straightaway, therefore ensure that you have
filled in all the fields before sending your form.
7. In the Section of Family Background provide occupation details of both parents and/or
guardian. For retired parent(s) or guardian write occupation before retirement.
8. Candidates are required to possess knowledge of Islamic and Pakistan Studies irrespective of
their academic qualifications and proficiency in other fields. Securing of pass marks in the
above subjects is essential for every candidate. The requirement of knowledge of Islamic
Studies shall not be applicable in the case of Non-Muslim candidates but they must have
adequate knowledge of Pakistan Studies.
9. Only those candidates are regarded as eligible who possess the minimum basic qualifications
prescribed for the post on or before the last date on which the applications are required to be
submitted. In no case application of those candidates will be entertained whose results,
declaring them successful, are announced after the last date prescribed in the advertisement for
submission of applications.
