M: and I am Mary Maybellyn Selodio And Welcome to:
BOTH: SOFT OPENING PROGRAM OF SPORTS FESTIVAL 2024
G: With the theme: IGNITING THE PIRATES’ COMPETITIVE SPIRIT THROUGH
SPORTS
M: I can feel the excitement sir. This sport fest, we’re stepping into the world of Demon Slayer
—where strength, courage, and determination rule the day!
G: That is right Mam, Like the legendary demon slayers who fought against powerful opponents,
each of our athletes will channel their inner warrior, overcoming every challenge with heart, grit,
and sportsmanship.
M: Before we begin this epic battle of strength and skill, let us first take a moment to seek
guidance and strength from the Almighty.
G: Please rise for the opening prayer to be led by Joebert S. Daygam, SSC ASST. Sports
Chairperson.

M: Thank you so much sir for that warmth welcome, Let us not make this any longer, to declare
Sports Festival 2024 officially open and to inspire us with words of wisdom, let us welcome our
College Dean and Quality Management Director, Sir Ryan L. Bautista. Let us give him
around of applause.

DECALARION OF OPENING
G: Thank you so much Sir for that noteworthy message. At this point, I know aside for the
official opening of our Sports Festival. This is what we are waiting for.
M: One of the highlights of today is, of course, the presentation of our brave and beautiful
candidates. These candidates embodied the spirit of strength and grace, much like the characters
in Demon Slayer.
G: Tama ka jan mam, ramdam na ramdam ko ang supporta ng bawat family sa kanilang
pambato. Handa naba kayo?? Are you all ready to see our beautiful and handsome canditates?
G: Let’s give them round of applause as they make their way to the stage, full of energy and the
determination to represent their FAMILIES. Without further ado, let’s meet our 12 pairs of
lovely candidates vying for the title of Mr. and Ms. Sports Festival 2024.

games are fair and honorable, much like the disciplined warriors in Demon Slayer, we are
inviting Julieto Jr. C. Lirazan. Our SSC Sports Chairperson, to lead us in the Oath of
Sportsmanship.
