・ Excessive play, spalling, wear, and damage of the
inner race, outer race, and roller

・ Replace the drive pinion with the ring gear as
a set.

・ Excessive play, spalling, wear, and damage
・ Abnormal feeling when rotated by hand
Tightening torque

When assembling, if nothing in particular is specified,

・ At this time, to prevent a change in preload of
the side bearing, tighten an adjust nut to the
same degree as the other adjust nut was
loosened.

1) Apply FMD127 or equivalent to the installation
surface of the differential lock shift unit.
2) Install the differential lock shift unit to the power
divider case.

3) Check the operation of the differential lock by
injecting air to the differential lock shift unit.
4) Remove the lock nut and apply LOCTITE 242 or
equivalent to the threaded portion.
Note:
・ Check the operation of the differential lock.

・ Turn the set bolt in the tightening direction,
