Importing PDF Planner to GoodNotes

How to Import the Planner to GoodNotes

1. Save the PDF planner to a cloud folder (Dropbox, OneDrive, or iCloud)


2. On your iPad, open the GoodNotes app > click on the "+" sign > select "import". Find the
digital planner in the cloud folder

Note: Use the browse button to see all the cloud folders

3. Be patient, depending on the file size, it will take a minute or two to import the planner into
the app.

Another way to import the planner into GoodNotes:


1. Save the PDF planner to a cloud folder (Dropbox, OneDrive, or iCloud)
2. On your iPad, slide your finger from the bottom of the screen towards the top to reveal the
menu bar (see image below)
3. Gently press on the cloud folder and drag it to the right side of the screen

3. Find the planner in the cloud folder. Gently press on the planner and drag it to the
GoodNotes app (see image below)

If you are using the Files app, use the browse button to see all the cloud folders
installed on your iPad. You might have to click that button several times until you reach
the "Files" menu.

Note: If you don't see a specific cloud folder. In the top of the screen, click on the
three dots (see image below). Select edit > activate the Cloud folder that you need
and select "Done".

4. Gently press on the planner and drag it into the GoodNotes app or any other
planning app.
