Masterminds/Group Coaching: Young Leaders Masterminds is the core learning platform of
Y3L and will be fortnightly or periodicity as to be determined. Masterminds will be an online
learning lab where CTL Africa coaches will take members through key principles of leadership
and personal growth lessons to add value to members. There will also be sessions for group
coaching. Members with specific needs may be afforded complementary or discounted
individual coaching support.
Young Leaders Masterminds:
1. Purpose: Serve as the core learning platform for Y3L (presumably Young African
Leaders), focusing on leadership development and personal growth for young
professionals and emerging leaders.
2. Format: Online learning labs conducted by CTL (Coaching to Lead) Africa coaches.
3. Frequency: Fortnightly (every two weeks)
4. Content: Key principles of leadership and personal growth lessons tailored for young
African leaders.
5. Interactive elements: Include group discussions, case studies, role-playing exercises, and
Q&A sessions to enhance learning and engagement.
6. Networking: Provides opportunities for young leaders to connect with peers across
Africa, fostering a supportive community.
Group Coaching:
1. Purpose: Offer more personalized guidance and support in a small group setting.
2. Format: Online sessions facilitated by experienced coaches from CTL Africa.
3. Focus: Address common challenges faced by young leaders, such as communication
skills, decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.
4. Peer learning: Participants can learn from each other's experiences and perspectives.
5. Goal-setting and accountability: Group members can share their goals and hold each
other accountable for progress.
Additional features:
1. Complementary or discounted individual coaching: Members with specific needs may
receive one-on-one coaching support at reduced rates or as a complementary service.
