The Dashboard Overview
This video provides a concise and comprehensive explanation of how the
dashboard metrics are summarized. It covers key aspects such as
performance monitoring and the tracking of red flags within an individual's
portfolio.
This video shows how the AgriOS dashboard module would be used primarily by all
entities that have access to the AgriOS application, entities should be able to track
farm activities and red flags irrespective of the season.
Dashboard Overview Explanation
The following information provides a detailed explanation of the dashboard components:
Count:
The "Count" metric represents the total number of red flags logged against the team
members whose dashboard is currently displayed. Red flags are indicators of issues or areas
that require attention. For example, if you are viewing the dashboard of an Operator Success
Officer (OSO), the "Count" will include red flags logged against the OSO himself, as well as his
team members, which include operators, Operator Field Officers, and Entrepreneurs.
Rank: The "Rank" metric provides a performance ranking based on the red flags. Here's how
it is calculated:
Calculate the Red Flag Ratio for Each OSO: The number of red flags logged against all entities
assigned to an OSO is divided by the total number of entities assigned to that OSO.
This ratio represents the proportion of red flags relative to the size of the team for each OSO.
Comparison Across the Hub: This calculation is repeated for all OSOs within the same hub.
The system then sorts all OSOs from the lowest to the highest red flag ratio.
Assigning Ranks: The position of each OSO in this sorted list determines their rank.
To convert this position into a percentage ranking, the system uses the formula:
Rank Percentage = (position Of OSO) divide by the total number of OSOs in the hub X 100.
This percentage represents how well an OSO is performing relative to their peers in the hub,
with lower values indicating better performance.
By understanding these metrics, OSOs can identify areas needing improvement and measure
their performance against their peers in the hub.
The following are 9 simple steps on how to navigate and use the activity Dashboard.
Step 1: After a successful syncing, from the landing page, select the "My Homepage" Card and Tap NEXT.
Then, on the entity home page, select the "My Dashboard card", and tap NEXT to proceed.
Step 2: Select the "Activity card" and Click NEXT to proceed.
Step 3: Select or search from the pool of activities you want to view its performance; Click NEXT to
proceed, or Click BACK to return to the previous screen.
Step 4: The dashboard shows the overall progress, showing the rank relative to your peers and the count
for the activity yet to be closed. The card with a single icon tells you the activity or red flag for the
dashboard.
Step 5: Number of Activities not Completed : specify the number of activities for the user that are still
pending execution or yet to be completed
Step 6: The Percentile Rank: displayed the percentage of work done of an entity relative to other entities
of the same role within the hub.
Note: (Operators, OFOs, OSOs, and Entrepreneurs) are compared at the Hub level, While the (Hub Leads
and AHLs are compared at a organization Level).
Step 7: Percentage of Portfolio Not Complete: This means that the average count of activities not
completed for an Entity.
Step 8: Average Daily Rate of activities completed in the Last 3 days: It tracks an entity's total activities
over the last 3 days, divided by 3, to assess daily or 3-day performance.
NOTE: Activities completed on Sunday, July 7th, will be recorded as Saturday, July 6th, combining both
days' activities under Saturday.
Step 9: Analytic Comments: Analytic comments based on activity metrics highlight strengths, identify
improvement areas, and offer actionable feedback, such as 'Positive Performance,' 'Needs Improvement,'
and 'Maintain Pace.
