29 The meeting formally began with a prayer. It was immediately followed with an
30 introduction of the researchers and the research paper headed by Ms. Ozaraga and Mr.
31 Teves, lead the presentation.

33 Mr. Vismar Jay S. Alfaro
34 Mr. Alfaro congratulated the researchers for coming up with an interesting study and proceeded
35 to give the following questions, comments and suggestions:
36 Data Collection: Mr. Alfaro recommended to the researchers the adoption of a rubric or
37 standardized framework for assessing the alignment of their collected data with the
38 research objectives they have delineated.
39 RRL: He advised the researchers to consider incorporating related literature that
40 discusses standardized measures aligning BTLED-HE performance with employment
41 outcomes

42 Research Questionnaire: Mr. Alfaro recommended to the researchers the
43 implementation of a questionnaire designed to gather pertinent data aligned with their
44 specified research objectives.
45 MR. PELMAR M. ACOSTA
46 Mr. Acosta shared his inputs, which are as follows:
47 Statement of the Problem: Mr. Acosta inquired about the evidence substantiating the
48 "high unemployment rate."
49 Research Questions: Mr. Acosta emphasized that the research questions must align with
50 their research objectives.
51 Demographic Profile: Mr. Acosta suggested to specify demographic profile.
52 Sampling Technique: Mr. Acosta recommended the use of purposive sampling.
53 Data Collection Method: Mr. Acosta suggested assessing which of the BTLED HE
54 2021-2022 graduates are employed and whether their employment aligns with their lived
55 experiences.
56 Mr. Acosta stated that the study's impact is relatively modest. What contribution does this
57 study offer to USTP Oroquieta, particularly in terms of curriculum improvement review?
58 Mr. Acosta suggested collaborating this study with a graduate tracer study.
59 Research Title: Mr. Acosta proposed to the researchers that they revise their research
60 title to "Assessing the graduates of BTLED HE from USTP Oroquieta and their lived
61 experiences."
62 a) Finally, based on the scores of the panelist, Mrs. Doncillo shared that the study is
63 accepted.
