INFO AND TIPS
All the squares are sewn with a needle and green thread or Friends Cotton 8/4 color 108 to
achieve neat, flat seams.
Also, you have flexibility in adjusting the skirt's length by incorporating extra rows of squares or
by adding more granny stitch rows at the bottom.
SQUARE PATTERN
With col. 38 ch 4, join with sl st to the first ch.
Round 1 (col. 38): Ch 3 (count as the first dc), 2 dc into the circle, ch 2, * 3 dc into the circle,
ch 2 **, rep from * to ** twice, join with sl st to top of ch 3. Fasten off.
Round 2 (col. 33): Connect the yarn to any ch-2 space, ch 3 (count as the first dc), 2 dc in the
same space, ch 2, 3 dc in the same space, ch 1, * 3 dc in next ch-2 space, ch 2, 3 dc in the
same space, ch 1 **, rep from * to ** twice, join with sl st to top of ch 3. Fasten off.

BORDER
With col. 108, connect the yarn to any ch-1 space of the upper part of the skirt and start
crocheting:
