Implication- It is the relationship between two propositions where one preposition leads to the
other prepositions. Th Implication pq ( read as p implies q, or if p then q) is the
statement which asserts that if p is true, then q is also true.
A Compound
statement formed with the connective word implies or phrase “if then” is a conditional statement
If Joebert is smart then Joebert is handsome

While on the other hand, Simple Implication explains the relationship between the
statements holds true when one logically “follows from” one or more others. While the
statement of the form “if p then q” is often written as the assertion is “q logical
consequence p”. Eg:
