Latest 3 months Bank Statements , 3 months’ Salary Slip
for Employed / Retirement proof if retired/GST
Certificate for self-employed people .
Return Ticket copy , Hotel Confirmation , SQ Forms and
Passport copy .
Final Vaccination certificate with Passport number .
Marriage certificate if spouse name not mentioned in the
passport.
Student ID card/ Bonafide certificate if studying.
Address proof if Passport issued outside Bangalore .
