Hello! My name is Nguyen Thi Hoai Thu I am a student of class K21B Troy, Faculty of
Business Administration – UEB and I will do a survey on UEB students' use of the
library and propose future improvements. The following questions will focus on UEB
students' library experience and their level of satisfaction. The information you
provide will partly help each person's experience of using the library and we will rely
on your answers to make suggestions for future improvements. All responses and
