we are doing and we should love what we are doing not doing it with pressure, we should enjoy

behind it and how can it be averted?
Ans: Yes, I'm aware of the climate change crisis. Climate change is a significant global issue which
affect changes in temperature, weather patterns, and other climate-related factors.
The fundamental reason behind climate changes are GreenHouse Gas emission, Deforestration,
Burning of fossil fuels, Industrial processes.
This is because increase in the greenhouse gases in the climate like CO2, methane and nitrous
oxide. And emission of the gases like CO2 from the petrol, desiel for the transportation and
energy and deforesting cutting the trees from the forest and burning them for the sake of
human needs and releasing the industrial toxic gases and other gases which affect our ozone
layer.
To avert it we have to build things which does not release those gases renewable energy so that
we can renew them and use , use electric things which are environment friendly and build
houses which does not require more energy install solar panels wind energy and plant the plants
put more trees and reverse deforestration so that it can absorb CO2 and use technologies which
reduces these toxic gases. minimize waste through recycling, composting, and reducing
consumption. This helps lower methane emissions from landfills and reduces the overall
environmental impact.

health benefits also. I personally tried vegan diet and observed changes like I was feeling more
energetic and active throughout the day because it cannot take more time to digest food which
reduces the energy spent on the food to digest also decreases the blood pressure and the fat or
oil from the blood.
Also I have watched one documentary name The Game Changer where after switching to plant
