As a leading integrated chemicals and energy company, Sasol recognises that respect for human dignity and the

of all people, as explained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, is critical for the sustainability of our business.
Within Sasol, the term “Human Rights” is synonymous with “Business and Human rights”.

This Human Rights Policy applies to all employees, non-permanent employees and service providers of Sasol Limited and its subsidiaries. We expect our joint venture and business
partners as well as suppliers to uphold this Human Rights Policy. In addition to meeting all applicable legal requirements, we encourage them to implement similar policies within their
own businesses.
