Introduction:
Hello, my name is Muhammad Faisal Afzal, and I hold an MSc in Project Management from the University
of Hertfordshire. I have over four years of experience leading projects and managing operations across
various industries, including my current role as Operations Project Leader at TWI Ltd. During my time here,
I’ve overseen 22 innovation projects as part of the Exploratory Program and Technology Acceleration
Program (TAPs), successfully implementing frameworks that improved project outcomes.
I also have experience working in a startup as a Project Manager at Alloy International Private Limited.
There, I enhanced project management processes and played a key role in advancing the company’s project
management maturity. I am passionate about streamlining processes and ensuring effective project
execution, which is why I’m excited about this opportunity at Glow.
I’m particularly interested in joining Glow because of your focus on small and medium-sized enterprises
(SMEs). I believe SMEs are key drivers of economic growth, and I’ve seen firsthand how providing them
with the right tools and services can make a significant impact. My current role involves working closely
