LETTER TO ALL PARENTS

Good day Sir/Ma,


You are welcome to our School Services.
As part of the countinous assessment for every student, we the management of
the school have decided that all students would go for an excursion from on the 1st
till 15th of july. as part of the excursion, all students will be camping, learn
how to be an entrepreneur, visit orphanages and places of interest. Therefore, all
students are expected to make a compulsory payment of 5,240 pounds. This compulsory
payment will cater for feeding, accomodation, visa, ticket and transportation
expenses for each student. therefore all students are expected to make this payment
latest by 26th of june, to enable us meet up with the dates of all the events
planned. you are to write to the school for you to be provided with the details for
making payment on or before 26th of june.
