DEATH
The killing of a person as punishment for grave
criminal offenses is referred to as capital
punishment. It is usually carried out through the
legal court procedure by imposing capital
punishment on a person convicted of a capital
crime.
IMPRISONMENT OF
LIFE
IT means that offender is convicted for the whole
life.
but with good behavior of offender the state
government reduced the punishment up to 14
years.
IMPRISONMENT

law. It may be imposed but it should not be
excessive , also in some cases punishment and fine
both can be made.

SERVICE
Community service is the type of punishment
where an offender performs unpaid community
work for the benefit of the society as part of his or
her sentence.
