(Kumar, Anthony & Singh, 2017)
Improve in this stage of six sigma covers the information about the apply the
improvement of the data, check the solution is relevant or not, also put
the solution on the pilot stage. Furthermore, we have also try to reduce
the variation of the solutions. (Kumar, Anthony & Singh, 2017)
Control in this stage of the six sigmas control all the apply improvements, check
what improvement is important, check the support of the suggestions. As
well as also measure the results are sustainable or not. (Kumar, Anthony
& Singh, 2017)
9. Slide 9 – Principals of Six Sigma
Main principal this methodology is to focus on the project, then Identify and understand
the problem, then Manage and improve the plan. As well as, we have to remove the
non- value-added steps, then involve the people in the process. Last step for the
undertake the improvement activity. (Snee, 2010)
[Link] 10 – Best Practices of Six Sigma
Best practice in the Methodology of six sigma covers the four practices. This is given
below,
Set In this practice to set the goal and facts of the organizations
Determine In this practice to determine the outcomes of the organizations
Put In the practice organizations have apply the changes
Minimize In this practice of the six sigmas, organization have try to reduce the

holder become the operation Associates of the Information and technology department.
They have managed all the operations, status of the project and update this to the
Company ABC’s chairman Mr. Chiozza. (Haikonen, Savolainen & Jarvinen, 2004)
In the mining sector, six sigma Master Black Belt holder become the Head of the Quality
department. Its work is to ensure the quality of the work, make the quality report and
submit this report to the Mr. Chiozza. Then Mr. Chiozza check this report, analyze this
