RCC) and any other miscellaneous work. Chapters other than mentioned abovei.e. 6 to 21. NOTE:1. The
tenderer has to quote (at par/ or collective percentage above/ below the total advertised value of Schedule A) for
the rate applicable as mentioned above. 2. The above percentage distribution to various types of works have to
1 be strictly adhered to. However, a variation to an extent of +/-20% in the percentage of each item of work
according to requirement is allowed with the approval of competent authority. The contractor has to undertake
such works that are given from various chapters of SRUSSOR- 2021. Any item found in the chapter of
SRUSSOR- 2021 will be required to be executed by the contractor without fail to the satisfaction of the Engineer-
in-charge. The tenderer should note that all the items in the schedule will be operated and failure to execute any
of the items will result into involving of penal clause. 3. The supply of cement and steel shall not be operated

Eligibility Criteria - For works costing more than 50 lakhs- (a) The tenderer must have
successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of
work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in
which tender is invited: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount
equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii)Two similar works each costing not
less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar
