Dear Sir/Madam, We are electronics engineering students of the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. Currently enrolled on the subject Broadcast Engineering ECEB 4423, we are required to visit an AM radio station, its studio and facilities, as a partial fulfillment of the requirements for this subject. In connection with this, we would like to request your good office to allow us conduct the said activity as well as an interview with your technical staff. The objective is to have an insight on the AM radio stations operations and the actual appearance of the equipments and devices used. Likewise, this will supplement the various theories acquired in the classroom for a simultaneous understanding on our subject. If permitted, the group composed of four (4) students plans to visit your radio station on December 8, 2011. We hope for your favorable consideration. Thank you very much. Respectfully yours, Ryan Clifford Bibal Jemuel Ira Roculan Jan Daryl San Juan Maribel Ortiz Noted by: Engr. Erwin Ellazar Instructor
