prepared by OWNER and related thereto are the property of the OWNER and must be returned to OWNER upon
completion by CONTRACTOR of the obligations under this WORK ORDER. The information contained herein is not to be
released or disclosed for any other use or purpose other than for the execution of this WORK ORDER.
It is important that CONTRACTOR signs and returns the Work Order copy within three (7) days of receipt.
No other form of Order acceptance will be accepted. Failure to return the Order acceptance does not diminish the
responsibilities as set forth herein, but may result in delay to any payment(s) that may be due and may be the
causefor termination of this WORK ORDER.

TERMS &CONDITION
All work will be done under site Engineer/Supervisor super vision.
The Contractor's team should be mobilized at the site for thecommencement of work
immediately upon receipt of the work order.
The contractor is deemed to have visited the site of the workunder the order and
ascertained therefore all site conditions andinformation pertaining to his work. The
company shall notentertain any claim whatsoever arising out of the difficult
site/terrain/local conditions, if any
The Total value of this work order Is Rs. 1817200 including GST.
85% pro-rata payment along with 100% of taxes and duties shallbe released within 30
days upon submission of RA bills dulycertified by the Engineer-in-Charges.
05%payment shall be retained from RA bills as a quality hold. This payment shall be
released against the quality certificationby the As-VP (Quality) or above/VP-Civil, as
applicable
