PROVENTION PTE LIMITED is pleased to offer you an employment with “BlueCube Media Pte Ltd”
for “Corperate Conference” with the following terms and conditions.

Secondment to : BlueCube Media Pte Ltd
1. Salary and Confidentiality
2.1 Extension of working hours will be paid in accordance with your hourly pay.
2.2 You shall not disclose your pay to anyone regardless of any reasons, it should only remain
confidential to you and PROVENTION PTE LIMITED.
2.3 Salary will be paid within 2 weeks (5 Sep, 2024) after the end of the event.
2. Reimbursement
3.1 Any reimbursement such as but not limited to transport, meal will be reimbursed to you within
one week after the end of the event
3. Working Hours
4.1 You are required to report 15 minutes earlier based on your scheduled time for attendance
and admin matters.
4. Tax Returns
5.1 You will be working as a freelancer
5.2 This agreement shall not be construed as an employment contract.
5. Termination of Agreement
6.1 You are required to serve a 1 day notice period if you are unable to commit to the working
dates or time
6.2 PROVENTION PTE LIMITED/ BlueCube Media Pte Ltd may terminate this agreement at
any time before the end of the contact period without the need for any explanation.
6. Direct Employment
7.1 You shall not accept employment directly or through a third party with BlueCube Media Pte
Ltd for a period of 6 months after you have completed the assignment given by PROVENTION
PTE LIMITED.
7.2 If BlueCube Media Pte Ltd wishes to prolong your assignment or convert you to be their
permanent staff or contact you after you have completed your assignment, you shall inform
PROVENTION PTE LIMITED immediately.
7. Deduction from Remuneration
8.1 PROVENTION PTE LIMITED should not deduct any monies from your wage other than
those stated under this agreement.
8.2 Should your performance falls under what is promised, PROVENTION PTE LIMITED is
entitled to deduct not more than 25% of the agreed rates.
8.3 Should there be any breach in contract, PROVENTION PTE LIMITED is allowed to withhold
any payments and take legal actions against you.
8. General
9.1 Any changes to this agreement will only be valid if they are in writing and have been agreed
and signed by both parties
9. Governing Law
10.1This agreement shall be governed by and construed with the laws of Singapore
