One of TI Sales office location- Bangalore, Pune, Delhi

Who are we and what do we do? (About the team, past accomplishments, products/ charter/
technology challenges, milestones)

We are the Sales & Applications team for Texas Instruments and our organization works together to
bring 80,000+ TI products to our 100,000+ customers. We help our customers identify the most suitable
ICs and work closely with them in solving system level challenges.

What will you be doing in this role? (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will be responsible to help customers in designing innovative products, right from their
initial system architecture to complete system design, test and release the product to market. You
would be involved in technical discussions with engineers / scientists /R&D managers and help them in
their product design ideas and also help them in solving the critical issues they might face during the
system design process. You will also be required to be hand-on on system design and debug in
TI/customer lab and(or) interacting with TI factory team to solve the technical challenges. Promoting TI
products and providing appropriate technical solutions to customer to help solve their design challenges

• Engage with customers to help them define new products and uncover opportunities for future
product development
• Acting as technical bridge between customer and factory to help solve complex technical
problems or develop competitive, high performance working proposals for customers
• Technical support to customers, supporting customer’s technical seminars

What can you expect in this role:

While working on real world electronic end equipment you will develop, not only the knowledge of
semiconductors but also build systems knowledge and understanding. Working with cross functional
teams within TI and with customers, you will develop excellent resource management and relationship
building abilities. You will also build business acumen as you understand, drive and win revenue for TI

All New College Graduates joining us in this role will undergo a 12 month global rotation program which
would include two 6-month challenging rotations. These would give the new hire exposure to customer
field engineering and product applications engineering. At the end of the rotations, you will join us a full
time in one of the Sales locations in India where you will have direct responsibility for working with TI
customers and solving their technical challenges and therefore win share for TI.

What do we expect from you:

Able to combine knowledge of the customer’s market, products, systems, organization and objectives to
find the most opportunities for customers to use TI components to solve their needs.
Some key expectations:

- Strong basics of Analog electronics: BJT/MOSFET/Op-amps/Data converters/Power


converters etc.
- Able to understand/visualize end applications/systems
- Able to quickly analyze/debug electronic systems/PCBs
- Strong interpersonal (communication) skills

Preferred Skills/ Experience

2020/2021 graduates with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electronics/Electrical and related fields with at
least 7.0 GPA
