Convocation Script:

C: A blessed morning to everyone! This morning’s event marks as one of the


most-awaited special event not only for our dear students but also to our
proud and supportive parents.
R: To our ever-dynamic School Principal MS. MARIETTA A. ALEGARIO, to our
highly competent and deeply motivated members of the ACE LEARNING
SCHOOL faculty and staff; to the proud and loving parents; students, visitors,
friends, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant morning.
Both: Welcome to the 2nd Quarter Recognition program.
Program Proper

To formally start our


program, may I request
everyone to please stand
for the DOXOLOGY with an
audio presentation and
please remain standing
for the singing of the
National Anthem and
Zamboanga Hermosa.

the singing of the National Anthem and Janiuay Hymn. You may now be

Introduction
R: I do believe that the secrets behind this significant event are not only the
teachers, who have rendered their invaluable service by guiding these
students to the right path, but also the parents, who give them financial
support, love, and encouragement in every activity in our school.
C: Today signifies months of hard work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge
that will enable our students to embrace opportunities and take on
challenges life may bring with courage, confidence, and wisdom. Again, this
would not be possible without the guidance and support of the parents, the
hard work and patience of our teachers, and the persistence and
determination that lie within the students' hearts. Please give yourselves a
round of applause!
Opening Remarks
R: For our Opening Remarks, ladies and Gentlemen, it is my
privilege to introduce

the empowering words you have shared.
RECOGNITION OF DESERVING PUPILS
C: Many wants to be recognized, but a few are worthy of recognition. They
are worthy of this recognition because these students work hard for it. It is
time for us to give credit for their achievement and to acknowledge them for
a job well done because a person who feels appreciated will always do more
than what is expected.

R: At this point, we are to give the rightful recognition to deserving pupils for
the 2nd quarter of the school year 2023-2024. May I call on our beloved
principal, Ms. Marietta A. Alegario, for the recognition of the deserving
pupils? May I also request the parents to accompany your child as they
receive the award?
C: May we call on the advisers from different grade level. To start with
MS.__________________, nursery and Pre-kinder Adviser, to be followed by MS.
SHEILA JANE VELASCO Grade 1 adviser and RHEA JOY R. PANGANTIHON
Grade 2 adviser.
INTERMISSION NUMBER
R: Congratulation’s learners. Before we proceed to the giving of medals and
certificates to the Grade 3 -6 please relax and enjoy the intermission number
to be given by ____________
C: Thank you, children. Up next, let us recognize the outstanding learners
from Grade 3-Grade 6. Let us call on the adviser of the following grade level.
Grade 3, yours truly, Grade 4 Ms. CRISTINE AVANCE and Grade 5 MS. JELLIE
BAYNOSA and JOSEPH SILVESTRE for Grade 6. We are requesting our school
principal and school administrator to go on the stage.
CLOSING REMARKS
R: At this point, let us pay attention, pin our ears to

official closing remarks.

for your participation and congratulations!

of the recognition in the human eyes, but remember, God will always be our
great audience in everything. He knows best, more than giving of a
certificate, a medal, or a shake hand. It is His glory, His blessings.
