My reflection as a newly
hired teacher!
Teaching is a constant challenge; I couldn’t
deny that. Nevertheless, the joy I have already
felt from my first year in service affirmed me
that my job is right for me. I have a strong
support system of mentor and tutors most
especially our school head who guided me
through beginning my teaching career. My goal
is to be a wonderfully inspirational teacher,
always available to my students, and constantly
encouraging, supporting, and challenging them. I
intend to provide my students with a life-
changing experience. I want to be renowned for
my exceptional teaching skills and for getting
my students actively engaged in their own
learning. In order to attain my goal, the teacher
induction program helps me as a beginning
teacher become competent and effective
professional in the classroom. In reality,
educating children requires not only extensive
training, practice, and skills, but also our
commitments as a teacher that helps to succeed
in the field and ultimately leave a positive and
lasting impression on our learners. By studying
and reflecting on these TIP program I as a
teacher will be better prepared for teaching.
