Script For INSET (Second Day)
DONNAJIL: “The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and
the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of
ourselves to the task at hand.”
JAYSON: And the best version of ourselves can only be attained when we decided
to embrace the changes that are around us. Changes that would mean we will
continue to grow, to improve and to learn new things that would benefit many,
most especially, our learners who serve as our clients in this chosen field.
DONNAJIL: Good day teachers of Ramon District! We have come now to the 2 nd
day of our In-Service Training and Sir Jayson and I, Ma’am Donnajil, will be your
masters of ceremony.
JAYSON: That’s right, Ma’am Donna and we are very certain that everyone is
going to be satisfied with the learnings they gained from this two-day seminar.
DONNAJIL: So, to our Public Schools District Supervisor, Ma’am Emily N. Tomas,
our School Heads in the District of Ramon, Teachers who also served as our
Resource Speakers, fellow Teachers,
Both: Good morning and welcome to our In-Service Training 2023 2 nd Day Session
and Closing Program!
JAYSON: Without further ado, may we all rise for an invocation to be led to us by
Ma’am Rachelle May Ambatali, Teacher II of the Senior High School Department
of Ramon National High School.
DONNAJIL: Thank you, Ma’am Rachelle. This time let us listen to a reflection
which will be given to us by Ma’am April Joyce L. Castueras, Teacher II of the SHS
Dept. of Ramon National High School. May give her a round of applause.
JAYSON: Thank you so much, Ma’am April for your very insightful reflection in this
In-service training. This time, let us be in all ears to Ma’am Mercy M. Binwag,
Teacher III of the SHS Dept of Ramon National Highschool for her takeaways from
yesterday’s session.
DONNAJIL: Thank you, Ma’am Mercy for solidifying the learnings we gained from
the First Day of our INSET. An American author named Lyman Frank Baum once
said, “No thief, however skillful, can rob one of knowledge, and that is why
knowledge is the best and safest treasure to acquire.” Hence, it is teachers and
educators who will have the most profound impact on the lives of our learners.
JAYSON: Absolutely, right Ma’am Donna for it is us, dear teachers, who have
embarked on this noble, sometimes tiresome, but always rewarding venture of
sensitizing our learners and instilling in them the value of having an open mind
that learning will benefit many, of critical thinking, of tolerance, diversity, and
inclusion.

DONNAJIL: It is us teachers who inspire them to learn, acquire skills and giving

CLOSING PROGRAM
DONNAJIL: Sir Jayson, I guess, we have done well enough through our 2 day of
fun-filled and productive In-Service Training.
JAYSON: Indeed, Ma’am Donna, and it’s all because we had emptied our cup
during our training and let our proficient speakers fill it in with new knowledge
and ideas that will help us become resilient in today’s educational era.

DONNAJIL: Thank you so much dear teachers, at this point, we will now listen to
the giving of impressions of each Key Area. Now, let me call on Ma’am *** to

JAYSON: That was full of insight. Thank you, Ma’am/Sir!
DONNAJIL: Another, participant will be delivering her impression, I would like to
invite here in front Maám, ***. Thank you, Maám for the giving your impression.
JAYSON: One more participant will share to us her thoughts on this 2-day
seminar. Maám ****. Thank you, Maam!
DONNAJIL: Indeed, our INSET is really useful and important for our professional
and personal development. Hence, to deliver a commitment message in behalf of
our teacher attendees, please welcome, Sir Christian C. Ringor, T-II of the SHS
Dept of RNHS.
JAYSON: Thank you so much, Sir Christian. At this juncture, let’s stay focused and
be inspired as we listen to an inspirational message which will be given to us by
our District Supervisor, Dr. Emily N. Tomas. May give her a round of applause.
DONNAJIL: Thank you so much, Ma’am Emmy for that very meaningful message
to everyone. This time, let us also be in all ears to Sir Efren L. Santiago, Principal I
of Raniag High School.
JAYSON: That was a MOTIVATING message for all of us!
DONNAJIL: Indeed, Sir Jayson and let me just share to them a quote from Abigail
Adams the wife of the late President of the United States of America John Adams,
she said “LEARNING IS NOT ATTAINED BY CHANCE, IT MUST BE SOUGHT FOR
WITH ARDOR AND ATTENDED TO WITH DILIGENCE.” It means that talent and luck
might happen to you by chance, but learning is a skill and practice that anyone
can accomplish with diligence.
JAYSON: That is right, Ma’am Donna. So thank you everyone who participated
and we hope that this 2-day INSET have brought us the knowledge and skills to
realize all of our academic endeavors and prove to our students that this world is
a better place to live in if we apply our learnings in a good way.
BOTH: This has been your hosts, I’m Mark Jayson F. Baclig and I’m Donnajil
Cariazo! Saying, Good afternoon and God bless us all.
EMCEE 2: The most anticipated part during a seminar has finally come, which is
the distribution of certificates of participation to the participants. EMCEE 1: I will
read to you the citation ***** EMCEE 2: (is reading the name of the participants
while giving the certificates) EMCEE 1: (is reading as well, alternate) EMCEE 2: I
am pleased to have in front the author of this 2- day seminar, Dr. Virgilio Quitorio
who will deliver his closing remarks
Training room, instructor, and people
Script for INSET (In-service Training) Closing Program.
A quote by Denis Waitley says, “Never become so much of an expert that you
stop gaining expertise. View life as a continuous learning experience.”
So, at this moment, it is just right to lend an ear to our co-teachers who will be
giving their impressions about our INSET for this school year.
Let me start off with the representative from the primary level, Mrs.
_____________.
Thank you Ma’am _____________. Now let’s proceed with the representative
from the intermediate level, Mrs. ____________________.
Thank you Ma’am ____________.
Indeed, our INSET is really useful and important for our professional and personal
development.
And now, let’s have the presentation of outputs by Grade Level. The Grade
leaders will hand in their grade level’s outputs to their respective Coordinators.
May we now ask the grade leader from the SPED Department, Mrs. ________ to
hand in their outputs to their coordinator, Mrs. ________________.
(Next call the grade 1 Grade Leader until the Grade 6 Grade Leader to the the
same)
Our outputs only show of how cooperative and productive we were during our
training.
With that, we all deserve a recognition.
So, without much further ado, let’s have the distribution of certificates to all our
speakers and participants.
(The certificates will be distributed by the School Principal. Read the citation
written on the certificate before giving it to the first recipient.)
Thank you dear speakers and congratulations to all the teachers!
At this juncture, let’s stay focused and be inspired as we listen to an inspirational
message which will be given to us by our very humble, gentle and dedicated
Principal of Raniag High School, Mrs. __________.
Let’s welcome her with a round of applause!
Thank you so much Ma’am ___________.
Before we will part ways, let me leave this quote by William Polland to you. And
the quote says, “Learning and Innovations go hand in hand. The arrogance of
success is to think that what you did yesterday will be sufficient for tomorrow.”
Once again, thank you so much everyone and congratulations for a job well done!
This has been your host, Mrs. ___________ saying, “Merry Christmas! Keep Safe
always and See you next year! Bye!”
