LETTER OF OFFER
Dear Sholaganga munureddy uday kumar reddy ,
With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to offer you a
position of “SAP Production planning” at Vega Intellisoft Pvt ltd., we would expect you to join as
early as possible as but not later than 28-06-2024 or as mutually agreed.
1. Place of work:
You will be based in at TTL. However, your services may be transferred on part time / full time basis
to any other Department / Division of the Company. You may also be assigned such other duties, as
may become necessary at the sole discretion of the Senior Management, In any branch or office of
the company and / or its subsidiaries or associate companies siuated anywhere in India or abroad.
2. Salary:Please see Annexure:1
3. Probation:
You will serve a probation period of Three months. The Company at its discretion may extend this
probation period for a further period of upto six months. Once you have satisfactorily completed yor
probation period, you will be entitled to the benefits and facilities available to the regular employees
of the company.
4. Working hours:
You will be required to put in a minimum of 9 hours of work per day. The Senior Management will
communicate the start time and end time of your work to you. At the discretion of the Senior
Management and based on oprational needs you may be reruired to attend office beyond your
standard hours of work. Based on operational requirements, you will be required to work on in shifts
and also on Saturdays and Sundays. The Senior Management will communicate this to you from
time to time.
5. Taxation:
Income-
tax, Profession Tax and other statutory deductions will be made as per rules / laws applicable. You w
ill solely be responsible for payment of
all such taxes, penalties thereon and other dues payable in connection with the remuneration paid b
y the Company to you.
6. Outside Employment:
You will not undertake employment outside, while you are employed with the Company, with or
without remuneration, as it would amount to dual employment and is against the governing laws.
7. Leave:
Leaves will be provided as per client policy.
8. Background Verification:
The appointment is subject to satisfactory background verification. The company reserves the right
to withdraw the offer at a short notice prior to your joining if the background verification is not
satisfactory.
9. Code of Ethics:
The Vega Intellisoft Code of Ethics embraces all employees. You are expected to comply with its
terms and renew your written understanding on a regular basis. Details of the Code of Ethics can be
found in Vega Intellisoft Policy Manual. Please sign the enclosed copy of the code of ethics as an
acceptance of the same and return it to HR Department. During your tenure of association with us,

10. Non-Disclosure of Information:
You agree to maintain confidentiality of all information regarding the Company to which you have
access to as per Code of Ethics. You agree that the Confidentiality provisions contained in this letter
and in the TTL
Code of Ethics shall survive the termination of your employment for any reason whatsoever.
11. Termination of Employment:
a) Duringyour period of Probation, company can terminate this agreement by giving one week notice
or payment in lieu However, in case you resign during the probation period it is mandatory to serve
90 day's notice.
b) Aftersatisfactory completion of your probation period, on being confirmed either party can
terminate by giving Three months’ notice orpayment in lieu of such notice
It is mandatory to serve the full notice period unless specifically waived by the Management. Any
balance leave cannot be adjusted against the notice period. In case of failure on the part of the staff
member to serve the full Notice period, the Management reserves the right to withhold all dues, as
applicable at time of leaving including Leave encashment, LTA, Medical reimbursement, unpaid
wages etc., or additional amount as applicable in lieuof
abandonment of service, breach of contractual terms and the resultant dislocation of normal working
caused. In case of misconduct or activities of moral turpitude by you during your notice period, the
management reserves the right to release you with immediate effect and recover from you the notice
payment for the remaining days.
The Company also reserves the right to terminate your engagement at any time without notice or
payment for misdemeanor, misconduct or negligence as set out in Vega Intellisoft Policy Manual. In
the event that you are absent from work for a period of more than three days without due approval, it
would amount to misconduct under provisions of the governing laws. This can lead to termination of
employment. In case the company has terminated
your employment for valid reasons, the company reserves the right to deduct or be reimbursed by yo
u for either the entire period or part thereof.
Consequences of Termination:
In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, you shall immediately
return to the Company or at the option of the Company destroy/ erase all material belonging to the
Company which are in
your possession in connection with the business and affairs of the Company as well as all the proper
ty whether moveable, immoveable or intangible belonging to the Company forthwith and in any event
within 1 day of the termination of your employment.
If you are agreeable to accept the aforesaid terms and conditions of appointment, including those of
the various Vega Intellisoft Policies referred to herein or available
with HR Department, please signify your acceptance on the duplicate copy of this letter.
Your appointment will be governed by the policies, rules, regulations, practices, processes and
procedures of Vega Intellisoft as applicable to you and the changes therein from time to time.
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in all respects by the laws of India and the Courts
of Chennai alone and no other Courts shall be entitled to entertain and try any dispute or matter
relating to or arising out of this Agreement.
