Scope of Work:
The consultant will closely work at the Scheme on Improvement of Public Financial Services Delivery
through Implementation of BACS and iBAS++ under Strengthening Public Financial Management
Program to Enable Service Delivery (SPFMS), Finance Division, Ministry of Finance to help implement
the program successfully.
