Payment
Every month we'll bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase plus applicable tax. As soon as you've successfully completed this
sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your membership will begin.

Renewal
After that, we'll renew your monthly subscription automatically, unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you
beforehand.

Cancellation
We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund. If you ever need to cancel, just call Customer
Support.

12-Month

Payment
Each month during your one year term, we'll bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase plus applicable tax. As soon as you've
successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your membership will begin.

Renewal
The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but
we will always notify you beforehand.

Cancellation
We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund. Otherwise, you'll be billed 50% of your remaining
contract obligation. If you ever need to cancel, just call Customer Support.

Creative Cloud for team (for customers who purchase directly through [Link])
Eligibility
Creative Cloud for teams plan is available only to customers who are over the age of 13 at the time of purchase. The introductory price stated at
the time of purchase is only applicable if you have previously purchased CS3 or above and if you have not claimed the introductory offer
previously. The education price is only applicable if you are (a) a faculty or staff employed by an accredited primary or secondary school, public
or private university or college, school district, or board of education (including emeritus status professors), (b) a teacher of a homeschooled
student, as defined by state homeschooling regulations, or (c) an institution as stated in [Link]
[Link]. Proof of eligibility may be required

Payment
Each month during your one year term, we will bill your credit card the price stated at the time of purchase (plus applicable tax). As soon as
you've successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your team membership will begin and you will be able to
invite members to your team. You can purchase additional seats for your team during the one-year term for the fee dependent on your date of
purchase. These additional seats will co-terminate at the end of your one-year term.

If you are eligible for the introductory price for a Creative Cloud for teams plan, then you may purchase additional seats at such introductory
price (plus applicable tax)if you purchase by the promotional period. Otherwise, regular price will apply.

Renewal
The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically for the number of seats associated with your team
before your one-year term expires unless you cancel or modify. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.

If you are eligible for a promotional 2 year assured price under a previously redeemed Creative Cloud for teams introductory offer, then any new
seats you purchase between June 12, 2013 and June 28, 2013 will renew (at the time of their first annual renewal) for an additional one year term
at the same promotional price as applied for your first 12 subscription months. Otherwise, regular renewal subscription plan pricing will apply
for all other seats (including seats purchased or renewed outside the dates mentioned above) beginning at the second and subsequent years. We
will always notify you prior to billing for your renewal.

Cancellation
We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel or remove seats from your team within the first 30 days starting from your contract date, we'll give
you a full refund. Otherwise, you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation for the cancellation or removal of seats. If you ever need
to cancel, just call Customer Support.

Adobe Desktop Subscription

Month-to-Month

Your month-to-month plan renews automatically and your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes
each month. Price may change at the end of your subscription period. Your plan will start as soon as your credit card is successfully
charged. You may cancel at any time by accessing your Account information on the Creative Cloud site or by calling your regional Adobe
customer service center. Plans cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase will be refunded in full.

12-Month

Your 12-month plan is billed each month for the duration of your 1-year commitment. Your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time
of purchase plus applicable taxes each month. Your plan will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged and will renew
automatically each year until you cancel your plan. Price may change at the end of your subscription period. You may cancel your plan at any
time by accessing your Account information on the Creative Cloud site or by calling your regional Adobe customer service center. Plans
cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase will be refunded in full. 12-month plans cancelled after the 30-day period will be charged 50%
of the remaining plan fee.

introductory rate during introductory period) plus applicable taxes each month. Price may change at the end of your subscription period. Your
subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription
manager on [Link] or by calling Adobe customer service at the number for your region. Subscription (except Digital Publishing Suite
subscription) cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase will be refunded. Digital Publishing Suite subscriptions will not be refunded
unless required by law.

Annual Commitment with Monthly Payment

Your annual subscription is billed each month for the duration of your 1-year commitment. Your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the
time of purchase plus applicable taxes each month. You will receive a receipt via email when your card has been charged. Your subscription
will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged and will renew automatically each year until you cancel your subscription. Price
may change at the end of your subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription manager on [Link]
or by calling Adobe customer service at the number for your region. Subscription (except Digital Publishing Suite subscription) cancelled within
the first 30 days after purchase will be refunded. Digital Publishing Suite subscriptions will not be refunded unless required by law.

For customers except Digital Publishing Suite customers: If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day period, then you will no longer
qualify for yearly subscription pricing and you will be charged the difference between the monthly and yearly commitment pricing for the
number of months your subscription was active .

For customers except Digital Publishing Suite customers: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the one-year commitment period,
we will refund a pro-rata portion of your purchase price of your most recent subscription.
