Dear Mr. Monkey D Luffy,
I am writing to address a persistent issue concerning the maintenance of TTCCM's basketball
court. After the Intramurals, it has come to our attention that the court becomes unusable during
rainy weather, causing significant inconvenience to our basketball and volleyball players. I
would like to propose a solution to this problem.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The current state of the basketball court makes it inaccessible during rain, leading to canceled
practices, disrupted games, and reduced playing time for our students. This not only affects their
skills development but also hampers our ability to organize events and tournaments.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
I recommend two essential actions to address this issue:
1. Installation of a Court Cover: We propose installing a durable court cover over the
basketball court. This cover will shield the court from rain and other adverse weather conditions,
ensuring that our players can use the facility year-round. This addition will not only enhance
player experience but also contribute to the longevity of the court surface.
2. Repainting the Court: In conjunction with installing the court cover, we should repaint the
court surface. A fresh coat of paint will improve the aesthetics of the court and ensure that it
meets the standards for safe play. It will also serve as an opportunity to incorporate proper court
markings for both basketball and volleyball, optimizing its usability.
