Welcome to our tenth annual sailing regatta. We aim to provide a fun, enjoyable and safe event but, as with all sporting activities, there is a risk to
anyone taking part. A full risk assessment has been carried out and will be displayed in the registration area. We take your safety very seriously.
Competitors agree to compete in compliance with the rules defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing. Any boat that infringes these rules may be
disqualified. Notices to competitors will be posted on the noticeboard in the clubhouse. Any change to the sailing instructions will be posted there no
later than 08:30 each day. Course details will be advised during the skippers’ briefing on opening day of the regatta.

Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. Tawara Sailing Club will not accept any liability for material damage, personal injury or
death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta. Each participating boat must be insured with valid third party liability
insurance with a value of not less than £3,000,000. Failure to comply with this instruction will lead to disqualification from all races.
