The below mentioned declaration has to be printed on Rs.
20/- stamp paper, signed by a
student, his/her parents in presence of witnesses & then to be duly notarized.
The Stamp paper has to be purchased in the name of the student (First Party) and
SSIM, Hyderabad (Second Party)
(Both parents and students have to sign on all the pages of the stamp paper).
This document is drafted as per the norms of AICTE,
UGC on direction given to them by Ministry of Education (Govt. of India).

1. I will not rag any student, inside and outside the campus. I will not participate in any activity organised in group in
name of introduction of the juniors. I am fully aware that it is a part of ragging.
2. I will not organise any activity leading to ragging of the juniors and peers.
3. I will not emotionally or physically harm any junior in name of introduction or otherwise.
4. I will not call any junior to my room or any other students’ room in the name of introduction. I am aware that this is
a part of ragging. I am aware that giving any kind of assignment to the juniors is treated as ragging.
5. I am aware that if my name comes in any of the above-mentioned points, I will be rusticated from the course.
6. I also agree that if my name comes in any activity, which can be termed as ragging directly or indirectly, I will be
rusticated from the programme and handed over to the police for further action as per the law of the land without
asking for any explanation.
7. I am aware that if Liquor, banned drugs/substances etc. is found in my room for what so ever reason, I will be
rusticated from the course. I am aware that in such case, no fee is refundable and Institute will have complete
rights to file complaint with local police station.
8. I, further declare that I will abide by the rules of the Institute (SSIM) and if found not abiding by the rules, will be
rusticated from the course or suspended from the course for one academic year. In such a scenario, I am aware
that no refund of any kind of fee remitted to the Institute will be given to me and the matter will be escalated to
AICTE for their information by the Institute.

leading to ragging he will be handed over to local police station. I am also aware that in case my ward is found indulged in
any of the activity which is against the rules of the Institute and Law of the land, Institute will expel my ward from the course
and I will not give any representation or plea for considering his/her case in any manner. I agree that Institute’s decision will
