BODY Pink yarn
Work in continuous rounds, I advise you to mark the first stitch of
each round, moving it along as you go to easily keep count of your
stitches
Round 1 sc4 into the magic ring, leaving about 10cm of excess
yarn which we need at the end to help shape the

Pull on the excess yarn you have left over while making the

magic ring. It will pull the top of the Junimo inwards and create
a nice place where we can later place the leaf and stem

Hold on to the excess yarn strand and fill the body with fiberfill.
Make sure to keep the yarn strand outside of the body while you
continue with the next rounds (Photo D)

- Cut the yarn, fasten off and sew the body closed, by
weaving the yarn through the front loops of the left over
stitches, while still leaving the excess yarn strand (colored
green for visibility) outside of the body (Photo E)
- Tie the now two excess yarn strands together to create
some tension that will shape the body into a more apple like
shape. Once you’re satisfied with the shape make a double
- knot and pull the knot and excess yarn into the body (See

ASSEMBLY
STEM: Sew the leaf onto the stem (Photo H)
If you want to make the leaf and stem to be posable you can weave a thin
wire through it before sewing them on (This is not recommended for a
children’s toy)
Tie or sew the leaf and stem into the top of the apple, into the dented
space (Photo F shows the dented space)
ARMS: If you want to make the arms to be posable you can weave a thin wire
through the arms before sewing them on (This is not recommended for a
children’s toy)
Tie or sew the arms onto the body between round 12&13, about 4st away
from the eyes (See photo I for overall placement)
LEGS: Tie or sew the legs onto the body between round 17&18, about 8st apart
(See photo I for overall placement)
BLUSH: Cut two ovals out of the pink felt and glue them on the head a little below
the eyes to create blush (Photo I)
