NAV DATABASE DISK CONTENT

This document provides a list of the Aircraft Database files (ACDB) that are available on the Navigation Database deliveries. It also communicates the changes in the ACDB
releases for the current NAV database cycle.
For the September 2018 cycle (1810), the following new aircraft database files have been included:

D328tpv2 database is updated to use Spare0 value as config parameter to enable CARP and SAR functionalities. CARP and SAR both are enabled.
If you have a problem with the ACDB, please download the current ACDB from each FMS and email them to your Honeywell customer support engineer for analysis. The data
included in these files is valuable for troubleshooting.
You can save more than one database on a floppy by powering up only one FMS at a time and changing the tail # field on the Perf INIT page 1 for that FMS
to the aircraft tail number plus –L and –R at the end to indicate which side it is. Please download both sides. (Perform the following steps using a Floppy disk)
1. Insert Floppy disk into Data Loader.
2. Turn Data Loader power on and set to Left, Right or Aux (3rd FMS), depending on which FMS you are using.
3. Follow the sequence below on the applicable FMS.
- Press PERF
- Press PERF INIT
- Select AIRCRAFT DB
- Select TO LOADER
- Select YES
4. The FMS CDU will show progress and the ACDB will be copied to the disk.
5. Repeat this same procedure from the other FMS CDUs.
6. Email the attached ACDB files to: FMS-product-support @[Link]
