Introduction
This is a training to address doubts and difficulties during site deployment report.
The focus presentation is to present additional knowledge to enhance the packing
list reading and interpretation, to facilatate the outbound process and fast delivery
of the material to site.

Definition and Use of Packing List
General Definition of Packing List
⚫ Packing List is the document that show the cargo description, quantity, weight and volume
etc. on the trade.
Packing List Definition from Huawei
⚫ Packing List is the document that show the cargo description, quantity, weight, volume, key
delivery information of contract and production information, etc.
Key use of Packing List:
⚫ PL(Packing List) is the guidance of cargo picking and packing.
⚫ PL can be used to verify HW’s SO(Sales Oder).
⚫ Logistics Specialist use PL to arrange transport, create customs documents, shipping
documents and invoice, etc.
⚫ Site Engineer use PL to create MR (Material Requirement of Site), check cargo.
⚫ Customer use PL to check and accept cargo, verify PO, process information of MIS.

• Packing List: It’s use for oversea contract. The main use of PL are arranging transportation, customs declaration, customs
clearance, region Inventory management, GTS Engineer create Material Requirement and customer check Cargo.
• Packing List is merged by DMS according to delivery batch. It’s based on “Tally Packing List”. No. of the Letter of
