I want to start by saying how much I enjoy that the [Link]. (Secondary) program includes teaching practice.
since it is an excellent way to apply the teaching and learning process in a real-world setting and serves as a
valuable internship.

I have detected subsequent opinions in my five days involvement.

I'm excited to be a part of that organization that offers top-notch teaching. Nearly all of the capitals required
for high-quality tutoring are at the students' disposal. Furthermore, every pupil makes suitable usage of
everything. It is obligatory of teachers to bring their class members into the lab to do hands-on
demonstrations. Pupils strive to study ideas and are very motivated. A computer lab is a countless tool for
presenting pupils to contemporary coaching methods. Thus, in its whole, this school is a nation-building
bundle.

How you keep a record of lesson plans?

I have a file of entirely my lesson plans. I have organized them with a lot of solid exertion. These are
very supportive throughout sending lecture. I keep on reviewing this file every single year to make it
more operative.

a. What activities you use to engage your students in learning? (e.g., discussion, questions/answers, AV
aids)

I gave the students some time to think things over. As some students revise their assignments, I
review them. After a few minutes, with the help of a few other students, I start listening to the
students. I start working on my lesson plan after that. This lecture is divided into many sections.
Students are allowed to have a talk period one day a week. I try my best to watch over and encourage
every child throughout this process.

b. How do you motivate students for learning?

Given that this establishment is located in a remote area. Most students lack resources. Their fathers
lack formal education. Therefore, stimulating them can be difficult at times. However, I constantly
try to uplift them by sharing inspirational tales of successful people who were impoverished in their
early years. I educate them about student loans. I think highly of students and their parents who
support them and display a great deal of enthusiasm for their work.

Reflection: Reflect upon the responses of the teacher and state how will you make your teaching more
effective?

I am blown away by my partnering educator's coaching style. Additionally, I've noticed him
practicing in class. The teaching style was really polite and understated, which directly captivated all
students. Additionally, pupils happily answered questions that were posed at the end of the course. I
would like to endorse his method of instruction, and after some trial I will make adjustments about
grade levels and other contexts.

a. What do you like the most in the school?

Student 1: I like vegetation in school, attractive flowers.

Student 2: I like friends and sitting with them.

Student 3: I am contented to be student of such brilliant teachers.

b. What types of activities do you like the most in the classroom?

Student 5: Listening lectures.

Student 6: Group discussion.

Student 7: I always try to complete homework in school.

Student 8: I like questioning answering with instructor.

c. What activities you don’t like in classroom or school?

Student 1: I don’t like penalty.

Student 2: I don’t like abuse in front of seminar.

Reflection: What did you learn about school from students’ responses?

Having spoken with many students, I've found that they have a great deal of aptitude. But they don't
specify what one should do with one's life. Because of shortage, they are unsure about the learning's
conclusion. However, they can be more effective residents if they are well-focused and fortified. By
giving their surroundings a small amount of awareness, they can realize their dreams.

Activity 5: Community Engagement and Co-Curricular Activities

This assignment requires you to find out about the involvement of parents and other community members in
the school, as well as the students’ involvement in co-curricular activities in the school and the community.

1. Speak to your Cooperating Teacher and other school staff and find out how parents and
community members are involved in the school. Are they encouraged to be involved? What
impact does their involvement has on the school?

A school can’t be effective without participation of parents. Parents management and endures
checking of their children retains them conscious about routine of their trainings. For that resolution,
we organize parent’s teacher conferences. But answer from parents is not strong because of absence
of their education. We send summonses to them on superior events like 23 March, 14 August for
discussion. We present our presentation before them and tell those up-to-date events and
performance of their children. We persuade them to effort on their offspring after school timings.

2. Find out what co-curricular activities i.e. sports day and debates are organized in the school?
What impact do these activities have on the students?

We are deficient in athletic happenings due to absence of appropriate playgrounds. But our pupils are
very artistic. Without suitable preparation our scholars have contested in diverse tournaments in
neighboring schools. These sports events have a lot of confident influences. Their physical state and
interactive services have enhanced. We keep on ordering race between diverse programs.
Our students are very zealous about discussion.
