Points vary by role and event type: International speakers/panelists earn 30 points, participants earn 20. National speakers/panelists earn 20 points, participants 10. Regional/local speakers/panelists earn 10 points, participants 5. Specialized seminars over 3 months earn 20 points .
The university awards 100 points for holding top management positions such as Chairman, CEO, President, or Executive Vice President in companies with at least 500 employees or a subsidiary office of a multinational corporation .
Points for research work or publication are awarded as follows: 50 points for a research paper published in an academic journal or presented professionally, 40 points for books published, and varying points for articles and instructional materials depending on their type and dissemination .
Faculty members earn 25 points for every five years of service at Arellano University, with a maximum limit of 100 points .
A faculty member must have PRC-certified professions such as LLB, M.D., CPA, RGC, or Teacher's Board to earn points in professional qualifications. The main profession or board certification related to teaching awards 100 points, while other board-certified qualifications offer 50 points .
Being a Board Topnotcher results in the highest point allocation for academic awards, conferring 100 points to the faculty member .
Arellano University equates professional degrees like MD, CPA, and LLB to a Master's degree, awarding them 150 points each, acknowledging their rigorous academic and professional requirements as equivalent to earning a Master's degree .
The verification process involves the faculty member's certification of information, discussion and explanation by the superior, recommendation by the Principal, review by the VPAA Office, and approval by the VP for Academic Affairs, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted qualifications .
Arellano University allocates 25 points for every five years of teaching experience, with a maximum cap of 100 points .
