The required documents for physical verification include two passport-size photographs, board/university certificates from matriculation onwards, character and school leaving certificates, AADHAR Card, migration certificate if applicable, category certificate, gap certificate if applicable, physical disability certificate if applicable, and the anti-ragging form. These documents serve various verification purposes: photographs for identification, academic certificates for previous educational achievements, character certificates for behavioral checks, AADHAR for identity verification, migration certificates for students from other boards, category certificates for eligibility under reserved quotas, and anti-ragging forms for compliance with anti-ragging regulations .

The document ensures transparency in the admission process by utilizing various notifications and confirmations at key stages. After form submission, students receive a confirmation email, and after the college verification, they receive further notifications via email. These communications serve to inform students of their application status, provide official acknowledgment of their registration, and maintain an open line of communication between the institution and the applicants, thus instilling confidence in the fairness and openness of the admission process .

The anti-ragging undertaking is a crucial part of the admission process aimed at preventing ragging, thereby ensuring a safe and conducive environment for students. It is enforced by requiring students to fill the form online via specific portals and submit a copy to the college office. This process not only makes students aware of the anti-ragging policies but also holds them accountable for compliance by creating a formal record of their commitment to these policies .

Students are advised to maintain updated profiles by regularly logging into their accounts and correctly filling in their educational details and personal information. The significance of this requirement lies in ensuring that the information used for admission decisions is accurate and current, which helps avoid potential discrepancies and issues during document verification and subsequent stages of the admission process. It also facilitates seamless communication and follows-ups by the college .

The online registration process for first-year students involves several steps: 1) Creating a User ID and Password, which requires a valid mobile number and email address. 2) Filling and submitting the admission form online. 3) Receiving a confirmation email on the registered email ID after submission. 4) Awaiting verification from the college, after which a verification message and a link become visible on the student portal. This process ensures students' credentials are verified by requiring valid contact information, confirmation emails, and a verification message from the college before the admission is considered valid .

The measures in place for handling discrepancies include a mandatory verification of original documents by the respective committee before regularizing provisional admission. If discrepancies or false information are discovered during or after this verification, students' admissions are subject to immediate cancellation. These stringent checks deter falsification and ensure the integrity of the admission process, safeguarding the institution's reputation and maintaining fair opportunities for candidates .

Provisions for inclusive education include age relaxation for SC/ST candidates, extending the upper age limit by three years, with potential for a six-month extension at the discretion of the Vice-Chancellor. For NIOS candidates, those who have passed all five subjects with requisite marks are eligible for first-year admission, ensuring that different educational backgrounds are recognized . These measures support students from diverse backgrounds and promote equal opportunities in accessing higher education.

The policy stipulates age limits of 23 years for male and 25 years for female students, with three-year age relaxation for SC/ST candidates. These age restrictions could potentially limit access for older students seeking admission, impacting enrollment numbers for those who might have pursued other responsibilities or faced educational interruptions. Conversely, the age relaxation for SC/ST students may incentivize enrollment among these groups, promoting diversity .

The online payment options available include net banking, debit card, credit card, Google Pay, PayTM, bank challan, and any UPI system. These varied options cater to different preferences and financial capabilities of students, providing flexibility and convenience. By offering multiple methods, the process reduces barriers to completing financial transactions and enhances the overall admission experience by accommodating students' needs and technological capabilities .

The admission policy includes specific provisions to prevent students with past records of misconduct or ragging from being admitted. Applicants must provide a character certificate from the previous institution, and students previously involved in misconduct or ragging are explicitly barred from admission. Furthermore, students must submit an anti-ragging undertaking both online and directly to the college. These stringent checks and documented declarations help ensure that such students do not gain admission in the current session .
