Need Premiere Pro CC 2018 or later


Click on Window - click on Essential Graphics
Essential Graphics panel will appear
Click on the small folder in the top left hand corner - says �Install Motion
Graphics Template�
Locate .MOGRT file and click open
File is now installed in your Premiere Essentials Graphics panel
Drag your template file to your timeline and drop

[Link] edit your template, click on the template and then go to the Essential
Graphics panel and edit the available parameters.

-To change the color, change the "Color"


-To enable or disable the glow effect, tick the checkbox "Glow ON/OFF"
-To change glow radius change the values of the parameters "Glow Radius"
-To enable or disable the pixelation effect, tick the checkbox "Pixelation
ON/OFF"
-To change pixelation intensity change the values of the parameters "Pixelation
Intensity"

3. Render your composition.

Thats all.
