INTRODUCTION

In the need of human beings to potentially exploit all types of energy existing in
the world and taking into account that energy is not destroyed but transformed,
the creation of collectors (solar panels) capable of absorbing solar energy has
been chosen. ¸ with principles capable of transforming said energy into
electrical energy.

The photovoltaic effect was first recognized in 1839 by the French physicist
Alexadre-Edmond Becquerel. His studies on the solar spectrum, magnetism,
electricity and optics are the scientific pillar of photovoltaic energy.

In 1883, the American inventor Charles Fritts built the first solar cell with an
efficiency of 1%.

The 21st century is born with a premise for sustainable environmental

development. The growing industrial and consumer development results in a
deterioration of the environment through emissions of CO2 and other gases
that, in addition to destroying the Ozone layer, affect human health.

Environmental protection is the commitment of everyone, governments, people

and industries. Today we see great growth, both in the production of
increasingly cheaper solar panels, as well as the manufacture of homemade
solar panels, that is, with very low cost products that are within reach of people,
and that are easy to use. carry out.

CHAPTER I
TOPIC: Solar panel.

1. PROBLEM
1.1 PROBLEM STATEMENT

Currently, the accelerated growth of technology is reflected throughout the

world, whether in large or small companies, and even in our own homes.
Thanks to the fact that new ways of generating energy are being implemented
without fear of contaminating the environment.

To verify the impact of solar panels, a large amount of solar energy is required,
since it is still considerably cleaner than fossil fuels.

Solar panels have great advantages, both economic and environmental, for
direct users, allowing energy savings which in turn also saves money.

1.2. PROBLEM FORMULATION

1.3 OBJECTIVES.

1.3.1. GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Design a solar panel as another energy alternative to improve the quality of life.

1.3.2. SPECIFIC GOAL

 Investigate the benefits of solar energy.
 Build a solar energy source with photovoltaic panels, to contribute to
reducing environmental pollution.
 Demonstrate that an economical solar panel can be built with materials
accessible to our resources.

CHAPTER II

2. THEORETICAL MARACO.
2.1. Solar energy: is a renewable energy , obtained from the use of
electromagnetic radiation from the Sun. The solar radiation that reaches
the Earth has been used by humans since ancient times, through
different technologies that have evolved. Currently, the heat and light of
the Sun can be used through various sensors such as photovoltaic cells,
heliostats or thermal collectors, and can be transformed into electrical or
thermal energy. It is one of the so-called renewable energies or clean
energies, which could help solve some of the most urgent problems
facing humanity.

Different solar technologies can be classified as passive or active

depending on how they capture, convert and distribute solar energy.
Active technologies include the use of photovoltaic panels and solar
thermal collectors to collect energy.

2.2. Solar panel: A solar panel (or solar module) is a device that harnesses
energy from solar radiation .

2.3. Types of panels

 Thermodynamic solar panels.- They are more efficient because they

are capable of capturing energy from any weather condition, rain, wind,
moon, etc.
 Thermal solar panels.- It consists of the sun's rays heating the panels,
which contain a heat transfer liquid that circulates into the interior of the
home.
 Photovoltaic solar panels.- consists of the energy of solar radiation
being transmitted to the electrons of the semiconductor materials of the
panels, which thus manage to separate from the core and move, creating
an electric current.

2.4. Wood: Hard, fibrous cut or carved substance that comes from a tree .
2.5. Copper Wire: Copper wire is a thin strand of that metal.
It is used for everything that has to do with electricity, from cables to
motor windings.

2.6. Led Light: It comes from the English LED (Light Emitting Diode)
translated light emitting diode. It is a highly resistant solid semiconductor
body that, when receiving a very low intensity electric current, emits light
efficiently and with high performance.

2.7. Insulating tape: Insulating tape (also known as insulating tape or

insulating tape) is a type of adhesive pressure tape used mainly to
insulate splices of electrical wires and cables . This type of tape is
capable of resisting conditions of extreme temperatures, corrosion,
humidity and high voltages.

 Cables: A conductor (generally copper ) or a set of conductors, generally

covered with an insulating or protective material, is called a cable,
although the name cable is also used for light transmitters ( fiber optic
cable ) or mechanical stress ( mechanical cable ). ).

CHAPTER III

3. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

3.1. CONCLUSIONS

 With the preparation of this work we have verified the operation of the
solar panel by taking the sun as a source of renewable energy.
 They help us not to contaminate our planet since we do not use non-
renewable energy.
 We were able to produce cheap energy.

3.2. RECOMMENDATIONS

 To generate energy, one should try to use natural energy sources where
in most cases it is very easy and sustainable to use so as not to
contaminate the environment and save energy. economic flow.
 It is better to use renewable energy than common energy since it
pollutes our environment.
