Crystals are vibration. They vibrate at a certain frequency. Their structure is unalterable,
the one that changes is one when you come into contact with them.
By taking energy from them, this modifies the stone (brightness, opacity, etc.).

The vibration is given by:

 its structure: molecular conformation (the different metals: silica, iron, copper,
etc.)
 the color:
 molecular arrangement ordered by the cosmos. (what is called sacred geometry ,
which are patterns by which the entire universe is organized)

The shape of the crystal also confers its own energy. Shamans use them a lot in totemic
forms (forms of different animals). This unites the iconographic energy plus the energy
of the stone.
Gold is widely used to set them, which is the most unalterable metal.

Some concepts:

Geode: stone that has crystals inside, like in a cave.

Agate: they are the ones that are stained the most, which means they are no longer useful
for healing work. They have to be natural colors.

Druse: mother stone that contains all the crystal points

Lemurian seed crystals : (small quartz) house the memory of Mother Earth, all the

Calcite: stone with very subtle, very refined vibrations, with high energies to work on the
higher spiritual.

Tourmalines: stones that have grooves that cause energy to go deep and return. It is a
protective stone.

The minerals beneath the earth are arranged in vein -like veins, like the circulation of the
Earth. Every place has its stone. In Argentina, the stone found is Rodocro sita (pink and
white stone). This stone opens the energy of the heart, of unconditional love. It was said

Choose the stone

It is important that we choose the stones that we are going to use. It should be like a
ritual, from the moment the stone reaches us, we must clean it properly, as well as in its
use and care. If I see a stone that strongly catches my attention, I have to take it. There is

We can buy them or take them from nature, in this case we must ask permission from the
place where we find it and try to leave something in return, even if it is a prayer. That

Clean the stone

There are several methods, washing, smoking, with feathers and with breath. Any one
can be used, taking into account that there are stones that CANNOT be wet, so I must use
any other alternative.

First wash: take a handful of stones (I can mix them, it doesn't have to be one at a time or
by type of stone), place them in a container with water and sea salt and leave them for
about two days or until you feel that they are already cleaned.

Washing between uses: place them under the tap and let them sweep.

Smoking: buy charcoal and put incense, myrrh, dried sage (this is used in shamanism) or
palo santo (it can be powdered) on top. It is moistened with a little alcohol, benzoin or
camphor. Pass the stone with your hand or with a tweezer through the smoke that is
produced while I feel how the energies that do not serve its essence are carried away.

Feather: this is what shamans do. With a feather they sweep the dark or dirty Energy
from the stone.

Breath: take the stone and make three deep exhalations through the nose on the stone.

Of course, it is essential to put your intention and heart into cleaning so that it is true.

GOLDEN: It is the color of wisdom, illumination, the golden ray. It is the light of the

We said that crystals do not alter your energy. They remain unchanged, we are the

MODES OF USE OF CRYSTALS

 In meditation: I can ask for understanding, understanding, where my healing

1. Water structured with crystals. Preparation: in a transparent glass jar I

place ¼ of mineral, spring or filtered water with the glass (the stone). I
leave it in sunlight for 8 hours. covered with a canvas or something so that
the water doesn't get dirty and I place something white under the container
to amplify the light (it could be a fabric, a cardboard). If I want to amplify
the properties of the crystal, I place a rock crystal (Quartz) in the water.
It is taken in small sips every morning one hour before breakfast. It can be
distributed in several doses during the day. It can be placed on the body or
skin using cloths or even added to an ointment. It can also be added to
flowers or homeopathic remedies. It lasts about 48 hours.
2. Elixir. Preparation: In a glass jar with a screw lid, I place 225 cm3 of
spring, mineral or filtered water, plus 25 cm3 of drinkable alcohol. I place
the stone and let it sit in the light, in a bright place for 4 weeks . Then I
place it in a small sterilized dropper bottle. I label it, I put a date on it.
It is taken 5 drops, 3 times a day. It lasts one or two months.

I can also use crystals to harmonize a house . For places where there is a
lot of discussion I can use Black Tourmaline ( behind the door), or
Hematite in a square arrangement in the room.
 3. Arrangement with a crystal for each chakra. It is best to do it lying
down to leave the crystals resting for a while. There is no stipulated time,
the body knows when it is done.

1st Chakra

Located in the perineum, it is the 'ui yin' for the Chinese. They are black stones.
It is the chakra of the will to live, the vital force. Energy of abundance, nutrition. That is

Heart Chakra

It is located between the first and fourth dorsal vertebrae. They are pink or green stones.
